Phebean Williams avidly believes that education plays a pivotal role in defining one’s trajectory in life. She volunteers on weekends teaching /mentoring elementary aged children, pouring values into them that will help build a strong foundation. She has over a decade of consulting experience, managing stakeholder expectations in both private and government sectors. She is a brand ambassador for The George Washington University, where she served as the Vice President of Strategic Relations for the Project Management Association.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting & Finance from George Mason University and a Master of Science in Project Management (MSPM) from The George Washington University. She is a recipient of the MSPM Service Excellence Award and The President’s Volunteer Service Award.

Her tenacity to rise above the odds, fuels her objective to partner with Education for Hope in redefining the children of Sierra Leone’s future, one village at a time.
