Paul Brinkman is a partner in Washington office of Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan LLP, a national law firm, where he leads the firm&;s practice before the U.S. International Trade Commission. Paul serves on the board of directors of the Innovation Network, and formerly served on the steering committee of the D.C. Bar’s International Section. He is a fellow of the American Bar Foundation and has been co-chair of the American Bar Association’s Customs Law Committee. He received his J.D.

She is the owner and Chief Learning Officer of Maxwell & Associates, a full service-consulting agency with a national customer base in multiple industries.

Sylvanus Davies

Sylvanus Davies is a project financial analyst with years of experience in the Telecommunications and Government Contracting Industries.  He has significant interest in the empowerment of youths. He taught high school for a few years in Sierra Leone before immigrating to the US in 1985. His personal experiences with the absolute need in the rural areas of Sierra Leone are the basis for his strong desire to give back.

Bariatu Smith is a Senior Clinical Study Manager with the Henry M. Jackson Foundation, Contractor to National Institutes of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), National Institutes of Health (NIH). She provides scientific and operational support towards development and implementation of the national research agenda to address the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV)/Acquired Immune Deficiency (AIDS) epidemic.
